JUNGHEINRICH ERE 110 BREAK DOWN

Dear All

hello all i have problem to repair 2 pallet mover with type JUNGHEINRICH ERE 110 Years 2009.

the first unit problem is:

ERROR SHOW OUT 212

drive and also hydraulic function is off

and the second unit:

there is no error,for the drive function is off and for hydraulic is ok

are there any advice for this problem.thanks for your kindly help all expertise
