Yes E-33 is an overtemp Step two code, should of come up with a E-32 before the E-33 came up? Water pump belt tight? Radiator full and overflow jug to the full line? Radiator fins plugged with dirt, stretch wrap of anything not letting air thru it?

"The Pedal Dance"
Turn the ignition switch on with accel. pedal released, after 3 seconds fully depress the accel pedal 5 times within 5 seconds(end in released position). After 7 seconds(timing is very important...1 mississippi 2 mississippi etc....) press and hold down accel pedal for approximately 10 seconds(again timing) until the hour meter starts blinking, release pedal and push down and hold again for 10 seconds) hour meter should be on with no codes showing, shut key off and test to see if codes cleared.

Hi. Lonster,
I think this has something to do when a coolant temperature sensor gives of a.35volts or less for any length of time ( when the water temperature sensor is normal) All dash lights flashing most upsetting I found when it happened to me. Basically I think I'd switched the ignition on when I had the gas pressure sensor disconnected but i think this might happen if any of the engine sensors are disconnected when the ignition is switched on , I had a laptop with me and I was able to cancel the fault codes and stop the flashing dash lights, If you havent got ap top with the required soft ware, I think you can rectifye and cancel the codes by switching the ignition on and dancing on the accelerator pedal in a strictly timed sequence. witch I cant remember how to do or describe. If you go to the mechanical discussions you may pick up on it descibe in one of the Cat Postings as it has been describe quite a few times before.
