Fault 16

I have a 6BRU18 that faults when you get off the truck and back on. We're the second repair co on this. First company replaced the EPO switch and problems started from then. 16 is the normal fault that shows, once in a while it will be followed by an 18 or 29. Any ideas?

I would start by checking the line contactor and the wires going to it. I have run into a bunch of problems with them getting dirty and no making good contact. I have also seen the cables loosen up and give people fits.
