HUBTEX VD 25 chain tensioner steeringwheel

Hi , does anybody have the partnumber of the chain tensioner from this sideloader truck?

It is a Hubtex VD 25 serial 51344 year 1996. The steering chain are under the batterypack and the tensioner is connect with the steering cilinder
