Hi everyone,
I am unable to identify an old electric / hydraulic forklift, hydraulic steering, 3 stage mast, battery powered.
The electric motor had a very beat up badge that said "Otis"
I have a few pictures of the lift here.

I will need to change the seals on the mast piston but at the moment I don't even know where to start since I can't figure out a name or model.
Any help or ideas is appreciated.
Thanks.

Thank you very much. I will get to look at the machine this weekend and see what I find.
Helps a lot knowing where to look now.
I'll keep ya posted.
Thanks again.
It is a Baker forklift truck. Most likely the model # is FTD.... The serial # should be stamped on the right or left hand side right next to the floorboard. The serial start with a letter then 4 numbers, a dash and the more numbers like J1831-572. If for some reason you can't find the serial #, then if I knew the tire sizes and the numbers off the electrical panel I could probably get you any parts for the truck except for the mast.
The mast is made by Cascade. If the plate is missing, the model and serial # of the mast would be stamped near the top on either side. The model would be something like M4T with a 6 digit serial # starting with a 6. If you can't find that then there should be a # stamped on the lift cylinder that starts with a 6.
Thanks I was just working on that.
Here it is.
