Torq Converter and Transmission Clark C300-40

I have an old Clark C300-40 and I want to know if I can drain the torq converter and transmission without much of a problem? The transmission is a Clark H-126A-10. Transmission part no. is 284484

There should be a pipe plug on the bottom of the transmission. I don't think there is a drain on the convertor.
