working on a LSW20 pallet jack which the customer replaced the battery pack with new and after a couple on hours of use sage the battery drain out.Open the battery pack and found 4 12volt batteries in parallel 2 of the batteries after charge where 10.5volts and the other two 11.50volts/.Check for ground or shorts nothing only high reading was the upper contactor coil 59ohms???and the bottom one of 29ohms.
Your suggestion will be most appreciated.!!!
From the error code I get the feeling its a BT / Cesab AC electric counter balance.
If it is one of those then C2 is an unused code & just something to ignore, its always the same when the Italians do the electrics.
