working on a LSW20 pallet jack which the customer replaced the battery pack with new and after a couple on hours of use sage the battery drain out.Open the battery pack and found 4 12volt batteries in parallel 2 of the batteries after charge where 10.5volts and the other two 11.50volts/.Check for ground or shorts nothing only high reading was the upper contactor coil 59ohms???and the bottom one of 29ohms.
