Error 3167 on Jungheinrich ERE 225 KP

Dear,All Expertise

Any one can help me to find the problem on my Jungheinrich ERE 225 KP.

the error code on display show : FE 3167

the problem:

1.Steering is not actived

2.Motor steering on when the forward or reverse but there are big Noise from motor steering and temperature begin hot.
