CAN ANYONE HELP ME! I HAVE A HYSTER SERIAL #H177
THE STARTER NOSE BROKE OFF CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE FLY WHEEL, SO I HEARD THAT THERE IS A TECHNICAL BULLETIN SAYING SOMETHING ABOUT CHANGING SOME MODULE BECAUSE IT THROWS THE TIMING OFF!!! CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THE BULLETIN
