Hyster J2.00XM AC - Slow pump

Can anyone shed some light on this Hyster slow pump issue. Serial A416A01699A. It uses the AC motion controllers for hydraulics and traction.

Originally the pump was lifting very slow and throwing up error relating to encoder sensor. After replacing sensor the fault code no longer appears but still pump is slow.

Its the same problem as my Toyota but not juddering the truck, just pump motor rotates very slowly.

Fact of the week
The dot-com bubble, a period of large and rapid investments in internet-based companies, peaked in 2000 and saw the Nasdaq Composite index rise by 579%. Then the bubble imploded. As the value of tech stocks plummeted, cash-strapped internet start-ups became worthless and collapsed.
