Google: 19TM and you will find several varying links for 19TM.

If its material handling related, it may refer to a flexible wire rope (Power Flex 19TM) developed by Northern Strands (Saskatchewan, Canada). Their web site shows them involved in wire rope hoisting and rigging solutions. Google: NORTHERN STRANDS
