Clark code 994 (SERVICE FAULT 4)

Clark C25 ser# C232L-0275-9664KF, does anyone know what this means? First time I've run into this code and not sure of it's cause.

there is only 1 on your unit.
Doosan uses the same fuel system and on there Tier III trucks they use 2 sensors. 1 pre-catalyst & 1 post-catalyst
Clark still only uses 1 O2 sensor.

Thanks for the info, Bruce. I located the one on the top of the exaust manifold but if there's 2, where is the other located?

Service interval 4 has been reached. time to replace the HEGO sensors. (O2 sensors)

replace the O2 sensors and clear the fault code.
