Discussion:
1372 Fault Code

Our narrow aisle crown reach truck has been stopping during direction changes. Today, when we were able to replicate this fault, I raised the cover and counted the 1372 code flashing. Has anyone seen this code or can anyone offer help?

When stopped, the hydraulics are still operational which leads me to believe this might be a traction motor/encoder issue.

M1 ARMATURE CURRENT (TRACTION MOTOR) Too high or too low during regenerative braking. Check the brakes, and make sure they're not dragging,or out of adjustment. Make sure the drive motor commontator is smooth and the brushes are good. If all is good, then this is probably an internal fault in the Access 3 module and it will need to be replace.
