Thanks for the reply. I wish mine was that easy. Im in Florida so heats not a problem. But we have found they only blow under excessive loads like plugging. Straight fwd/rev it will work ok. So we have something shorting under high amperage. All the diodes test ok no load. But they are expensive to just change out with hi hopes. I don't think our customer would appreciate it.

I have A C0 code. Found the transistors bad. Changed them and they blew again shortly after. Cannot find any shorts.

Do you recall what you found when you had this issue a few YEARS back??

thanks i will try these things, i discovered that if i manually closed several sets of points in the rear that the lift will start working(if handle pulled ofcourse). so when i pull the handle the signal isn`t going to the points to close. what does this mean?

need to look for shorts to frame, not voltage at contactors. to check motor with ohm meter pull one "s" cable off of a stud and one "a" cable off of a stud. check continuity at the motor studs between the two "a" studs and then between the two "s" studs. both should be very near zero.

thanks, i have 48volts going back to the controll moduels so i doubt if its a cable. is there any way to test the driver motor with just a multi meter?
why is the lift not working also? but the steering is working?
thanks

when the code CO comes up after accelerator is pushed and not at key on it can mean there is a problem with cables under battery, fuse, contactor or motor problems. unfortunately CO is the code that has the highest number of possible componet failures and the longest troubleshooting chart. good luck.
