Linde H40 engine removal

Hi all I have a linde h40 with a perkins gas engine in on a year 1991 need to take engine out to repair. Does the drive pump stay in situe cant see ring of bolts that seperates engine from drive pump.

Yes the drive pump stays intact. In order to extract the engine the front end of the engine must be much higher than the bell housing end then you van pull the bell housing out of the flywheel. You should also disconnect the control valve from the brackets and let it lay towards the front of the truck.
The first time it is a learning process and you should be able to cut the time in half if you do it again.
