You be careful dealing with old marble-mouth Dwight...
His rebuilt GE's come straight out of Flight Systems but he won't warranty them for the 1 year that Flight Systems does. Just burnt us on an ev100 about a week ago...

My experience over the years has taught me that nothing is Dwight's fault. It's always somthing you did wrong even if the card arrives DOA with peeled traces right out of the box!

FS Controls is NOT on my list of 'recomended suppliers'

Ask him why he's not Flight Systems anymore....

There is a small company here in Ontario (Brampton) who repairs these cards, I deal with him on a regular basis. The company is called FS controls. He was part of Flight Systems here in Ontario, but since has moved on his own. I work on a fleet of TSP's (29) and deal with him on a regular basis. The owner's name is Dwight, and his remanufatured cards are fine.Email me for his number if you wish. [email address removed]
hope this helps, Tweeker.

I know of nobody besides Crown. Call a company called Flight Systems in the US. If they can't do it, they can probably tell you who can. I may be able to give some help if you can tell me what is going wrong with the truck. These cards rarely go bad. I am speaking aboaut the second generation truck with EV 100 motor controllers. The raise/ lower servo card had some resitors that get very hot and sometimes go bad.

If you are working on what is called the first generation truck ( Cable Form motor controllers) , that could be a whole different story. Those trucks are a lot more tempermental.

A lot of these trucks are scrapped because they are worn out. The second generation truck has been out since 88 or 89 I think. Used cards may be another source.

The company is called Flight Systems Industrial Products. www.fsip.biz
