Discussion:
linde e14

hy,
i have a costumer with a linde e14 with sn: A2X3BN05787 (48V, year 2002), if i turn the direction full to one side, the forklift stops and need to be switch off/on. i meassure the voltage and varies between 2-12 with 14,6v supply. i notice that the side it fails the oposite traction motor inverts earlier then the other side. Does it mean that i need to calibrate the poti?
i also can get borrow a calibrator but it only show numbers, he didn t have the list with the parameters :-(

thanks in advance for any help

Error No. 39 & 45 said that one of your intermediate circuit was not charged enough voltage to switch ON the controller. Try to check the followings possibilities : Battery voltage, Charging circuit including charging contactor K2/K3 and charging resitor, check all the electrical contact on this path e.g. wiring connection and keyswitch,....or your power module have short circuit inside to make a bybass the capacitor and ever get the expected voltage >70% battery voltage ?

Good luck

finaly got time today to test the new potentiometer at the rear wheel, but after change and adjust (7,5v at the middle), the forklift doesn t run anyway, and the line contactor don t close.

i ve checked seat and cabin microswithch, seems ok, tried with the programmer at window 2 it shows me 45 and 39. on the window 81 the data from wheel angle seems to be ok.

it is an linde e14-02 sn:h2x335n5787 from 2002, and it has software v 1.7 1.1, i think

thanks for answers

Fact of the week
The origin of "love" as the score zero in tennis is debated, but two main theories prevail. One suggests it's derived from the French word "l'oeuf" (egg) which resembles the shape of the number zero. The other proposes it's related to the Dutch word "lof" meaning "honour" as players might be playing for honour when scoreless.
