Unit Not Working

The Unit was not working do to a possible battery ground. The battery was repaired and installed. The batter shows 38 Volts ( on a 36 Volt Truck ). When key is in on position unit contactor clicks on and does not hold. Then Battery indicator shows no bars on battery charge level.
Swapped batteries and then got 4 bars on the indicator and a code 67-1. Reset mast switch and now unit shows no voltage again. Both batteries are good... What could cause the display to show no charge when volt meter shows battery has enough volts to run the truck???

MY 7FBEU15 does not run either. I had service tech in today. He says that my battery is so low that the charger won't recognize that a battery is there? It tests @ 12V and lights work. I've never heard of this before. They say I have to let them bring it to the shop & out charge on teh battery so that teh charger will work?
I'm sorry that pegged mu BS meter.

I dissasembled the display and checked the display lithium battery. It is good. It shows 3.64 volts as needed. And there is no option in the menu to switch from 36 to 48 volt. It shows 36 volt. Unit diagnostic memory shows fault AC in the memory??along with 67-1.

I am buying the replacement battery for the display. What your saying makes sense. If the battery is dead or almost dead would it cause the settings to change on their own? if so that would explain why I am not getting a Battery reading on the display then all of a sudden twice I did get a reading...it was weird..

maxlftatsbcglobaldotnet. the truck has not been operating for a month or so. The previous mechanic thought it was the battery. They had the battery replaced. When I installed the battery it worked fine. I drove about 50 ft and it shut down. Now I turn the key and I get an initial contactor close then it opens. The display lights up and shows the wrench and no bars on the battery display while blinking. Twice during start up I had the contactor stay closed and received 5 bars on the battery display along with a code 67-1. This only happened twice and since then it shows no bars and a wrench while display blinks...

Would this cause the unit to not work at all.. It doesn't travel or lift. The contactor doesn't stay closed. Unit is inoperable.
