Hyster E2.00XM error code 89

I have a hyster E2.00XM 72 volts, serial number F108A04596X.

I was having a problem with the original controller which was throwing up a thermal problem which i have identified as a fault in the GE Sep ex controller. I replaced the controller part for part the controller number is fully identical but the last part of the model number is different, the original controller ended N8 and the replacement controller which was off a Mitsi ends C3. I programmed the controller with the hyster settings and powered up on the truck. The dash lights up but no numbers or writing just lights up along with the spanner light flashing.

So i connected the GE handset and found it comes up error code 89 when the line contactor comes in. However on my GE information i cannot find any such code.

Anybody come across this before or have any idea where the problem may be?
