Make sure you have a fully charged Battery. Inspect battery cables at plug and connected to the battery. Check for proper battery voltage PLUS check specific gravity on all cells. If thats all good you will have to troubleshoot from the start as greasespoon described

it could be several thing igintion key switch/battery fault is there any power to the main board or broken wires
