Hi,
I have the same problem with BT SWE 160D PTC resistor heats up and displays an error C28. What causes this condition? Thank you for your help.

Hello Alexandru,

The C28 code is probably indicating that the emergency cutoff switch is activated or defective. Check also a PTC resistor in K10 principal contactor if it is open.

Give me a mail and I'll try to send it to you.

Regards
