Cat Error Code "F6"

Hi;
Can anyone advise me as to what the fault code "F6" relates to on the display of a Cat M40D?

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
