Showing items 1 - 5 of 5 results.
Try RAY 1 Or Ray 2 or Ray along with the last 5 digits of the serial number.

Fix it right!!!
Edward has said it all...

There is a faint chance that the truck is set at a default superword. If you check out the Raymond section in the mechanical troubleshooting section of the forumns you will see a number of discussions on what these are. It's a lengthy list.

You are almost for sure going to have to "make nice" with the local Raymond dealer, and pay him to come out and run the "d-tech" software to reset the password, it requires a special cable and dongle to talk to the truck mangler, and even -if- you had the PN for the cable, dongle and software, the cost will most likely be more than the cost of the service call to get the Raymond dealer to come out and reset the "super-word" to what ever you want it to be.

"it's not rocket surgery"
How do we get the Superword? We do not have any repair info on this unit. The local dealer will not help. Do you have any other info that would help?

It means that your lift pot is out of range. You will need the superword to access the menu to see what the reading is in the system. The unit still should drive, but will not lift and lower.
There was an upgrade a few years ago on the Easi Trucks to a new optical switch vs a straight pot. If this was not done you'd be better off just replacing the handle with a new one with the upgraded guts. You will still need the superword to relearn the handle
