LINDE T20 not lifting

LINDE T20 drives forward and backward, but does not lift. There is no error, only the green indicator flashes, which indicates that there is no person. Maybe someone has encountered such a problem and can help me.

You need to send model and serial number so we can know what control panel is in it.
Because it drives and will not lift and there is not any error codes , most likely problem is low battery voltage.
