Linde L14 serie 372 rok 2012, chybový kod 265 a 381 po výmene jednotky, nejde pojezd a nejde zvedání, poradíte prosím ?

Linde L14 series 372 year 2012, error code 265 and 381 after replacing the unit, it cannot travel and cannot lift, can you please advise?

381 Inconsistency: Based on the status of inputs 1X1:21 and 1X1:18, the forks appear to be below 0.3m and above 1.5m simultaneously.

Check the magnet located on the platform. The detector does not appear to have detected it descending.
