Not start

I have a lift that will crank but not start. I have done a tune up and also replaced the regulator. It will fire up if I use starting fluid and fun. I'm at a loss on this any help will be appreciated.

First if it is LP check lockoff valve make sure you have voltage to it as you turn over engine
Second check and see if you are getting zLO from bottle
