Discussion:
There are no mistakes , but there is no going back .

Please help me solve the problem.

The forklift does not show any errors on the instrument panel.
But there's no turning back, just shaking.
The forklift is moving forward, but slowly and with tremors.

How do I start the diagnosis? could it be faulty speed sensors?
do you have any experience with such repairs?
Thank you

Thank you so much for your help. indeed, the brushes of the electric motor were rusty and did not move. I took off the motor, cleaned and replaced the brushes. the forklift is working now. but there is one more question. When the ignition is turned on, the buzzer gives several beeps. but there are no errors and the loader is working. What can this mean?

Hey DemianM, as it is a DC motor I would seen for the drive motor brushes first.
Look at the drive contactors as well but normally it would give an error number if that is the problem.

A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
