Piston on rod cgc25

Not sure if this ok.Piston rocks on rods and also spins with some slight resistance. Also some scuffing of grooves on top edge of piston. Cylinder bore looks ok. No wear on seals.

Remove the piston from rod and check the
Stub shaft it rides on I believe there is an o ring on it that seals the stub shaft it could be bad
