No forward or reverse.

Forks go up and down. Sounds like all the solenoids and everything works but Truck will not move forward and backwards. I don't know if it's an error code but it says 0060 when I shut it off but I think that may have been there for a while, but I am getting a Icon that has a picture of a battery with an arrow to the right

When you turn off the key the hour meter should flash the hours for a second. Sounds like you have 60 hours on that truck.

I don't know the age of this truck but many of them have switches under the battery covers that indicate when the side cover isn't installed correctly. I'd check those switches.
