We have a raymond order picker that is giving error code 21, anyone know what this code means?

Q1/Rec 1 might be the problem but check the power card and TM1 and TM2 also behind the power card. The easiest thing is to check for brush dust in your drive motor. What's the serial number?
code 21 - short detected in main transistor circuit
does this display code 21 all the time or is it intermittent"
most likely the Q1 transistor is bad
if the truck has regen the Q2 regen transistor could be bad
test both
