Electrical issue

Hello I have this Yale Erc040Ahn36te082 that I got called to today. The issue is, with the ignition on the dash will not light up and there is no response for anything except, all the lights work. I checked 4 fuses, 3 of them had proper volts but 1 the first one from the top had nothing on both sides. Checked the ignition switch and power in and out. Has anyone seen this before and guide me in the right direction? I have no wiring diagram at the moment. Thanks

The lights on electric truck Yale hyster are usually supplied by a twelve volt converter. The truck start up is separate. Have seen this problem many times fuses ok, relays ok, usually the red button emergency shutdown button failed or broken wire to button could be your issue. Good luck

Fact of the week
In March 2002, identical twins in Finland died on the same day in similar accidents within hours of each other. A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
