Horn keeps beeping

I have a horn code 524213 the horn doesnt beep right away but starts beeping as truck warms up. then it seems to stop as it cools???? is this just coincidence. I read the horn drivers could be bad. Is this inthe ECU or dash?? This actually happening in two machines.
