No travel

Have a wp2335 that has no travel. Hyd works normally and safety reverse works. Brakes release when thumb wheel is moved in any direction. No led light on controller. Battery voltage 24.5

Where are you reading the voltage? Also is your line contactor loading when you bring the tiller arm down and you press the throttle, you should hear a click noise just like the one heard for the pump contacter have youchecked your fuses.I've encountered although I am not an expert that sometimes you can read 24.5 volts at the battery but it may only read 23.3 volts at the ecu so it's not enough voltage to operate. the pallet jack
