Won’t start no voltage to lights horn etc

Seem to me I have lost voltage to everything unit Will not start lights horn not working etc. checked off you did OK battery voltage is 12.98 it was running fine then just turned off loose all power to unit no dash light strobe light brake light any Suggestions would help thanks
