Linde E20: Forklift not lifting

Hi, we have Linde E20 electric forklift sometimes does not lift up & down. We have to turn on-off a few times and then be able to lift it up and down again. when the lift function work, if we use gentle and move the lift slowly, it will work longer. however, if we move the lift too fast, it will stop working very shortly.

We don't know if it is an oil issue or switch or wire. it's really weird as other function works well but only lifting.

Thanks in advance for your help.
