Do you know what controller this truck has in it if ev100 code 23 meaning current draw in forward or reverse contactor coil circuit is less than 100 MA. Possible causes defective forward or reverse contractor coil circuit. check for open circuit or loose connection between PB4 to positive side of forward contractor coil and between PB5 and reverse contractor coil positive side remove plug B check ohms value from PB4 to postive side of forward coil should be 10 to 14 ohms make same check to reverse coil. If nothing found do the same to Regen coil 1Acoil field weaking coil and SP coil should be 10 to 14ohms. I would start there first see if that is the problem.hope l was of some help.
