Discussion:
Transmission filter

Just got this thing from Colorado State, and it takes awhile for it to get moving, forward or back. But it does move. Thought changing the filter in the transmission would be a start, but I cannot find one. Is there one, but it is internal? Haven't found a repair/maintenance manual yet. Thank you in advance.

If its not in the obvious places easy to see, it could possible be somewhere along the transmission oil cooler lines circuit. I know that a 5 series Toyota and up have a screw on filter. A few brands ,even today, dont come with a replaceable filter-
