Discussion:
Bad fingertip respons while lowering

I'm working on a B20T-7, yob 2019, when i lower a pallet with 1000 kilogram on a rack the first movement is pretty agressive. I managed to adjust the lifting and tilt forward/backwards, this is acceptable for the driver. Only lowering is still a problem. I tried all the adjustments, in mA, percentage and milliseconds but it seems to be in the free play of the lever. It can be moved for 15 mm forwards (50% of the complete way) an then it begins to lower, much to fast. The pallet will bounce on the rack. Does anyone know a solution for this problem?

Did you try to change the fingertipswitch? switch number 2 with number 3 (or 4 when its available). You can interchange those without problems, see what happens.
