Won't drive

So the other day worker thought it would be wise to move electric lift tied off behind vehicle by leaving handle in position where parking brake is not applied.
Upon hearing for near by warehouse he Stated he went 10mph which something happen kicked the lift to lock and now lift won't drive forward or reverse? Makes. A ressitant solenoids sticking sound either forward or reverse
