Nissan OS40 How to access steering assembly

M/N 0S40 S/N 0S40-C98-70114. Have a steering issue and want to access the steering assembly. Seems they built the truck then set the outside frame around it. Can not see how to access the steering assembly to inspect the steering pivot bearings. Any help would be appricated.
