what is the reason for event code log in 306 RR 5700and hydraulics and traction disabled condition, please help

No, it should be 60 ohms. Reconnect Access 5 and disconnect Access3 and test at Access 3 connector. If 60 ohms the fault is Access 3, if still low then either wiring or a different Access unit.

Thanks for your reply, Access 5 connector disconnected and RESISTANCE found 37 ohms only, is it acceptable or not

Access 5 communication fault with Access 3 on startup. You need to do a CAN test.
