Genie stuck in turtle mode similiar model is 1930

have genie qs20r that is stuck in turtle mode batteries are good any ideas would be appreciated on the joystick is button to hit for turtle mode on or off but wont come out of mode

the qs20 has a cam limit switch at top of tower mine was bent not working check your cam limit switches up inside the wheel well on the fixed wheels. also be sure pothole gaurds are up

turns out there is a cam lever switch at top of machine that was bent and not functioning
