Discussion:
wiring diagram

I am working on this unit, and I found the glow plug fuse blown. I replaced it and tested. the glow plugs stay on all the time. When I pull the relay, the power goes out for the glow plugs. So my question is, is what powers up the relay, is there a timer, or does it work off the sensor that is in the thermostat housing? the engine is a Z15 diesel.

Thanks so much,
John

Toyota 7FDAU50 i quess?
There is a small box under the lefthand "stepon"
Probleby couvert with dirt, the wires will by corroded.
Cheapest way is to make a pusbutton on the dasboard, and connect to the relais.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
