can anybody help error 312 + 233 + 428 truck cutting out when mast raised
year 2016 machine

Yes it can prevent voltage from the controller to the keyswitch.

At this point, you can test the red wire and red w/ white stripe wire for resistance.

Unplug the wire harness connectors from the controller and the platform and then test for resistance.

Those crown wav's are notorious for needing the conductor cables replaced every 2 - 3 years, dependent upon usage.

Would that cause it to not power up? I had one that wouldn't power up, no clicking of the contactor, no battery gauges but the controller had power as well as the contactor but wouldn't energizer the contactor.

Ifixit is correct. Check the mast cables.

Are the WAVE60's problematic? In my experience you need an analyzer or at lease a service manual to work on these lifts.

That model/year had a mast cable issue, wires breaking internally
