Troubleshoot

Lift works perfectly until you go up about 20 ft. it will still move forward or reverse but will not go down with the controller or the switch at the back. You have to release the hydraulics manually and all is good until you get that high up again. Any advice?

due to the wide range of changes they've made to this unit over the years a serial number would be required to get the right information to help you.

my first guesses would be either a bad limit switch on the scissor assy or a bad control cable.
