No Travel

No error code. Blocked up wheels travel super slow. stall timer codes for both motors if under load. Checked both motors,Micro commands,acel pot Logic and power card,speed sensors. Steer sensor seems to be working properly,turn when blocked up motors drop out. Can't find anything in wiring. Anyone have any ideas?

motor rebuild company had sensor wires wrong in plug coming out of motors.
