wont move

i replaced the proxy sensor the machine lifts and horn works but now it wont move at all i checked all wires and connections all that is good any suggestions

Could be a problem with the tiller card or the main controller.

Moved tiller. prox is working. Tried moving the truck in turtle with handle up. No movement or code shown. it did beep twice when entering turtle mode.

There should be a red led that lights when you lower the tiller. If it lights and the truck does not move there is a different problem. Try pushing the turtle button and rotate the directional ****. Do this with the tiller fully raised. If the truck moves the problem is in the handle sensor. Watch the display to see if you are getting an error message.
