DSS 300 Capacitor Exploded

Has anyone see this issue with a DSS? The capacitor has exploded. Bought a new capacitor which came with a new heatsink and card. replaced the heat sink w/ new capacitor. The instant I stepped on the dead man the new capacitor blew up as well. I checked the motors both drives, aux and hydraulic. none were shorted. ANy advise where to start?

Sorry for the slow update. Had to get a megger to check unit. The Fluke VOM could not find any shorts. The megger was able to check for shorts by voltage.
Found a shorted left drive motor. Kinda strange since it was the hydraulic heat sink capacitor that was blown. But the way Raymond goes to battery negative the hyd heat sink was the closest componant to the bat negative stand off. This stand off has all the componants negative curcuits mounted there. The stand off is on the left side just above the left drive motor.
