Won't Drive, Mast and steering work fine

Inherited this truck (2FBE15) in a building we purchased. Will not go forward or reverse. All mast functions work fine; when key is on and lever moved to forward or reverse position, hydraulic motor engages and steering woks. I checked the two switches that accelerator actuates, they are good. Checked all fuses I could find. I need a wiring diagram and some ideas!

If you need , i have a power unit complete to help you.

Unplug the battery, open down left plate and, side wheel open the little black plate and check contactors if welded.
Side right, open other plate, acces to power unit.
